The club tidy-up was a grand success. Lots of brushing and sweeping and hoovering and mopping and wiping and washing and tidying and dumping and hauling and moving and a lot of other verbs as well.
But now the club is neat, tidy, clean, smelling vaugely of a mix of bleach and dettol, has considerably fewer spiders and considerably less rubbish and considerably more working lightbulbs, and it’s the cleanest I’ve ever actually seen it in the seven or eight years I’ve been a member. Thanks Mark, Colm, Pat, Geraldine, Richard, Geoff, Jim, Marina, Paul and Laura. Job well done. From now on, and especially at the end of the training sessions, it's expected that all club members will tidy up after themselves and leave the range in the pristine state they found it in. Failure to do so will result in one of us going through you like a dose of salts.
