Membership of the club is open to anyone, but we generally require beginners to took our six-week beginners course (two hours a night, one night a week, for six weeks, under an ISSF and NCTC certified coach). The course costs €60 and we provide everything you'll need - you just have to turn up. At the end of the beginners course there's a brief safety test and you are signed off on by the club as being safe to shoot air rifles. At this point you are formally invited to join the club (membership costs €150 per year and this includes your insurance).

As a member, you don't need to have any equipment at all, the club provides everything you'll need. You can use club equipment for as long as you want, you need never buy your own if you so choose. If however, you do decide to buy your own stuff later on, we'll help you as much as we can with selecting what to get and sourcing it - Geoff, our resident firearms dealer is an expert in such things.
